  •  They communicate effectively.
  •  They have good character.
  •  They have right information.
  •  They have access to right information.
  •  They have a right way of using information.
  •  They have right attitude
  • They know how to handle relationship.
  •  They have values and principle. 
  • They have a philosophy, something they believe in deeply.


 1. THEY COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY
 Moja ya mambo ya msingi sana kwa kwa mtu anaetaka au ambaye ni kiongozi ni kuwa na uwezo mkubwa na mzuri wa kuwasiliana. You must be able to communicate so well, bearing in mind the how and the what of your communication. Ni lazima kama kiongozi uzingatie mambo yafuatayo katika mawasiliano yako.

 1. Uwe na cha kuwasiliana, tunza ubora wake, Yaani hakikisha unachotaka kuwasiliana na wengine kiwe kwenye ubora. At any point in time, kila mtu anacho cha kuwasiliana, swali je, kiko na ubora? Utajuaje kina ubora? jiulize, umekipata wapi (chanzo kinabeba ubora).

2. Ujue unawasiliana na nani, Kowing who you communicate is key to selecting the massage and the how to it.

3. Lazima ujue kwanini unataka kuwasiliana. You have to know the purpose or reason behind why you want to communicate. Very important.

 4. After knowing the above three points, Lazima ujue namna ya kuwasiliana. This is key but inategemea sana na zile point za juu pale. Ingiza haya akilini mwako ewe kiongozi, Ukijua unawasiliana na nani, kwanini unawasiliana nae?  itakupa hekima ya kuchagua content na pia approach. Sio kila mtu unaweza kuwasiliana nae huku unaangalia pembeni. Ndio maana unaweza kuwa kiongozi mzuri tu lakini ukakosa kibali kwakuwa namna yako ya kuwasiliana haiwafanyi unaowasiliana nao wakuelewe. Yes, unaweza ukawa na bonge moja la ujumbe, ukaliwakilisha vibaya ujue umeua band. Ndo maana kuna somo linaitwa "communication skills"  linakufundisha mbinu na namna mbali mbali za kuwasilisha ujumbe wako mahali. Epuka sana makosa ya kimasiliano kama leaders. nawasihi kwa Jina la Yesu,  Popote mlipo au mtakapokuwa ,"when a leader fails to communicate, they fail the purpose of their leadership".

 5. When to communicate.
You must exactly know the timing. You may have a good approach, a right massage, reason,and you even know who but ukikosea tu muda unaharibu kila kitu. 1 Alijitambua na kujua kusudi la kuwepo kwake duniani.

2 Alijua amekuja kwa ajili ya kufanya nini.

3 Alijua amekuja kufanya nini kwa akina nani, aliwajua watu wake.

 4 Alijua majira yake hata akiwa duniani na hakuwa tayari kujionyesha kabla ya wakati wake.

5 Alichagua njia ya kuongea mpaka mifano kwa kutegemea alikuwa anaongea na akina nani, angalia Mathayo 13:11-12.

 6 Alitumia na kuchagua maneno. Mfano:Wanafiki nyie...kuwafikia walengwa na wahusika ingawa ilikuwa ngumu sana. A leader must have the ability to control his mouth. Ajue what to speak and when.Ukiwa kiongozi mropokaji, ujue uongozi wako hautakosa mgawanyiko. All effective leaders are effective communicators, be it individual or at a group. Kiongozi anaejua kuwasiliana haishi hamu kumsikiliza au kuwasiliana nae, maana anazo njia kadhaa za kuwasiliana. Ukiwa kiongozi anaekariri namna ya kuongoza ujue umejikwamisha. Njia mojawapo ya kuwasiliana ni kunyamaza. Kunyamaza kunahitaji hekima. Katika kuwasiliana unaweza kuongea, kuandika, ni lazima ujue njia ipi kwako ni more effective na ndo maana hata serikalini sio kila mtu anaruhusiwa kuongea na ndo maana yuko mtu anaitwa msemaji wa serikali. Ukijua kusudi la kuwasiliana, timing inakaa sawa. At the highest level.

UBORA WA MAWASILIANO NDIO UBORA WA MAHUSIANO.

  • Mahusiano mengi huzorota mawasiliano yakianza kuharibika.


 Effective leaders communicate effectively.
